Have you ever seen our social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok? At the heart of a product, awareness and exposure are crucial in terms of pulling potential investors and increasing its popularity.
BUILDING A COMMUNITY
Building up a community from scratch is no easy work. During the period of Nemesis’ first launch, our Social Media team worked sweat and blood to make our voice heard, be it on Twitter or TikTok. We are currently in the internet era and everyone uses social media as an instrument to learn news, instead of old-school newspapers and even news portals are somewhat outdated. The Internet as a tool understands what users want to see. To utilize this understanding, we took a great effort to optimize our keywords and craft our tweets, and posts accordingly. This way, we were able to reach a vast community.

1) On which platforms are you serving updates to our investors?

2) Why is Helena so effective on social media?
First of all, social media usage increases day by day with growing audiences. Today, based on international research data, people now prefer social media platforms instead of using internet search engines.
Helena, on the other hand, actively uses the most popular social media platforms in the world and aims to reach a wider community. Our unique content selections target the different audiences of each social media platform.
As Helena’s social media team, our main goal is to provide up-to-date, transparent, and accurate information with our regular posts. Our meticulously designed visuals and our detailed information sharing attract the attention of our targeted audiences. Thanks to these, Helena can reach many people and our community is growing day by day.
3) What are the most common questions our followers are asking?

4) Which platforms do you see as more crypto-friendly?
Twitter and Facebook are the most crypto-friendly social media platforms in this field. Twitter is the first social media platform that comes to mind when you say crypto, so we consider it the most crypto-friendly. On the other hand, with its up-to-date information, Facebook has many groups and pages about Crypto World, therefore we can count it as a crypto-friendly platform as well.
5) Are you using any tools to gather insight for a better communications strategy for Helena?
• Based on TG and DC channels & also evaluate FAQs and make additions to our content based on them.
• At the same time, we proceed through the questions asked by investors on our previous AMAs.
• We conduct some analyzes with the answers of our investors and followers through the surveys that we made weekly and direct our content over these.
• We are in active communication with our followers by responding to their questions or comments at a minute’s notice.
6) What’s the main reason you would suggest our investors follow us on all our accounts, pages & channels?
By following our social media, our investors can access up-to-date information both in crypto and the project in a faster and more fun way. Together with the visuals, we have prepared with the support of our design department, we increase diversity by presenting different content on our each social media platform. We aim to keep our investors active by publishing articles, entertaining informative content, contests, and polls in our daily posts. Although we proceed through similar content, we enrich the content according to the characteristics of each platform. Other than the account they follow, our investors can obtain more detailed and different information from every other account of Helena.
7) Are there any specific behavioral changes between social media platforms’ users that you realized by now?
First of all, from the beginning to this day, we observe that our investors who follow our social media platforms have more comprehensive knowledge of the project than others. We let them be the first to know of important improvements about Helena that they couldn’t be able to keep up on our discord and telegram channels, we serve the fastest and easier way to reach the information through our social media platforms, that is, we actively present up-to-date actions to our investors. In this way, we observe that our investors, who closely follow the new developments, are more active in the project and feel like part of the Helena family with the trust they have in the project.
